​Please note:  Any rentals booked for more than 5 nights will have a minimum of 1 (one) cleaning added to the rental agreement and at least 1 (one) for every 7 days of staying with us.

About Our Rental Rates.....

​

Our rates vary by location and length of stay.  During the month of March we require 5 night minimums for each location booked.  During the other months we require a 4 night minimum.  There is the option of staying longer than the minimums mentioned and these options are specific to the location and exact dates you are needing.

Once we can find the perfect location we will email you a quote that includes taxes and any services you choose.   We are certain you will find our rates not only competitive as compared to local hotels (if available) especially due to proximity to the track! 

 

​​We accept all forms of Credit Cards to reserve your accommodations and they are safely processed though the Bank of America secure network. Invoices will be emailed to you directly with the breakdowns included and can be processed on your end or by calling us here.

Racetrack Rentals at Sebring, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express when securing your reservations, however, if a credit card is your desired method of payment, a 3.5% to 8% service charge will be added depending on the amount of the rental and if your payment is made Internationally. Please contact us for rates. We also accept wire transfers and can email you these instructions, especially to clients visiting from other countries. In addition, we accept company checks if they are sent to us with plenty of time to verify funds. In the state of Florida, we are required to collect and pay a sales and tourist tax from our clients on each rental. This is paid directly to the Florida Department of Revenue and is currently set at 12.5% due to their regulations for these types of rentals. Please contact us here for more information.

Nothing feels better than coming to your "home away from home"  to clean accommodations with fresh sheets and towels! Our guests now have the option of adding daily linen services, at a very reasonable rate, when staying with us.  

 

These services include things like fresh sheets and towels when needed, beds made up,  picking up and removing the trash, and more.
