Rental Rates/Policies

Our locations and services are more personal than other booking platforms and most of our locations are 5 minutes or less to Sebring International Raceway. They are all clean, quiet and nothing like staying in a hotel or motel.

Our rates vary by location and length of stay. During the month of March we require 5 night minimums for each location booked. During the other months we require a 4 night minimum. There is the option of staying longer than the minimums mentioned and these options are specific to the location and exact dates you are needing.

Once we can find the perfect location we will email you a quote that includes taxes and any services you choose.

We are certain you will find our rates not only competitive as compared to local hotels (if available) especially due to proximity to the track!

REFUNDS, INSURANCE AND CANCELLATIONS:
• No deposit refunds will be issued to if they cancel within 30 days of check-in, arrive late or check out
early unless the event is cancelled due to a pandemic or natural disaster. If this does occur, refunds
and/or future credits can be discussed and/or offered.

• Amount will be refunded in whole, or in part, for any of the rental fee owed due to fault of either the
homeowner(s) or Racetrack Rentals at Sebring, LLC and/or their failure to meet any part of this
agreement. If for some reason any of these locations become unavailable, Racetrack Rentals will notify
immediately and locate/secure similar accommodations and/or any upgrades offered will be at no
additional charges.
