Crystle works at one of Spring Lake Golf Resort's awesome restaurants, Shankers Pub.  She has been here for just at 13 years now.  She has helped plan events, group packages, and even helped line up rentals for race track events like the 12 Hours of Sebring.  The members out here are like family to both of us, especially her.  She is what hospitality and service is all about and we believe the members and customers that know her would agree. 

 

Chad has primarily a history in health care. He managed a small outpatient laboratory here in Sebring for 12 years.  His most recent stent has been in Home Health Care where he worked the last 4 years as a Business Development Representative and Consultant.  When living in the Fort Myers area, he owned a small outpatient ultrasound clinic and worked also in business development for a start up company that dealt with hospitality and promotions in a variety of local restaurants. He also dabbled in the phase one pharmaceutical drug research field and has a passion for behavioral health and memory care patients. He spent many 12 hour races out at the track, as did Crystle, as both of their fathers worked out there together at Lesco.  Chad even volunteered at times in the medical tent for free tickets:)

 

Aside from spending valuable  time with their kids, they love to fish and spend time outside.  They are both huge sports fans and Crystle even ran a fantasy football league for a few years at Shankers Pub.  She is a die hard Michigan fan and Chad is a Buckeye! 

 

People.  They both love to help and be around people. This is what they value the most and will teach their kids the same as they grow up.  There is always something we can learn from others if we just take the time to listen and invest in them.  We look forward to meeting you and also serving you.
