-First, contact us by phone or email and tell us a little bit about your property.  For example, how far is it from the track? How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have?  What amenities does it offer (pool, hot tub, ect.) Have you rented it before and do you live here full or part time? - Next, we will set up a time convenient for you for us to come by and view the property.  We will answer any questions you may have, discuss rates, and also take photos of the property making sure to keep things confidential.  Please remember, we would never place a client in your home that we would not place in our own.

 

-Finally, we collect all the information and documentation needed to immediately list your home or villa and place it as an option in our short-term rental programs.  You will be compensated based on the agreement before anyone steps foot in your home. It is that easy, and then you can take a vacation on us while we make sure your house is watched over.

 

We are local so rest assured we watch over your home ,as if it were our own, during the short -term rental agreements and even afterwards.
